Recently I posted a rant on Facebook which has since generated hundreds of comments, likes and shares — so I thought I’d share here as well. I clearly hit a nerve and started an important conversation – which is a good thing, regardless of whether you agree with me or not.
Lately I’ve been using the term “juicy” quite a bit – and usually get a bit of reaction whenever I do.
Some people seem to love the word – and others are completely repulsed by it. Interesting, huh?
For me, living juicy means I take risks, trust my intuition, follow my curiosity and give myself the permission to get off track once in a while as I explore, get lost — and find my way again.
Can you feel and taste it in the air?
It’s the first week in 2017. Clean slate. Ready for new goals, visions and plans.
Of course, every day is an opportunity for us to start over again. But let’s not kid ourselves, a new year just feels different. Whether you do resolutions, intentions, desired feelings, to-do or to-be lists — I hope you take the time to create your year consciously, with intention. Always starting from a place of radical acceptance and unconditional self-love. (more…)
