What do I want more of in my life?

Comments Off on What do I want more of in my life?

Lately I’ve been enjoying the cooler temperatures and the glorious fall colours – so have have taken lots of walks to celebrate Mother Nature’s epic party.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want to invite more of in my life — as well as what I want to release and let go of, so I started putting together a list, and then shared it to my community. Here’s what we’ve come up with so far…

Less isolation. More community.
Less overwhelm. More simplicity.
Less scarcity. More abundance.
Less hustle. More alignment.
Less fear. More confidence.
Less procrastination. More motivation.
Less safety. More risk.
Less confusion. More clarity.

Less excuses. More intention.
Less faking. More authenticity

Less doubt. More trust.
Less anxiety. More play.
Less frazzle. More dazzle

Less stagnation. More movement.
Less questioning. More intention.
Less security. More adventure.
Less guilt. More pleasure.

Less hesitation. More action.
Less loneliness. More connection.
Less getting. More receiving
Less head. More heart.
Less resistance. More flow.
Less hiding. More showing up.
Less judgement. More empathy.
Less self sabotage. More conscious action.
Less fixing. More creating

Less stress. More joy.
Less striving. More being.
Less criticism. More self love.
Less apathy. More curiosity.

Less struggle. More fun.
Less guessing. More knowing.
Less caution. More freedom

I’d love it it you’d leave me a comment below and let me know…

Which 2-3 of the above statements resonate with you the most?
What would you add to this list?

Thank you for being here ♥
